There are two methods to recover your profile in Pure Sniper depending on if your profile is linked to a service or not:
If your profile is LINKED to a service, follow these steps:
- On your device, ensure that you are signed in to the same service account that you used to link your main profile before you load Pure Sniper.
- When you reach the main menu, tap the cog icon in the top-left corner to open the Options menu
- Tap on the Profile tab
- Tap the “Sign In” button for the service that you linked your profile to.
- Once signed in, tap the “Restore Profile” button that should now be on the right side of the screen.
- Now just follow any dialog prompts to load the main profile.
If your profile is not LINKED to a service, follow these steps:
- On your device, ensure that you are signed in to the service account that you would like to link your main profile to before you load Pure Sniper.
- Boot the game and go to the main menu.
- When you reach the main menu, tap the cog icon in the top-left corner to open the Options menu
- Tap on the Profile tab
- Tap the “Sign In” button for the service that you signed in to on your device.
- Tap the text in the bottom-left corner of this screen to copy this text to your clipboard.
- Now tap the Support tab and then open the Help Center support link.
- Create a ticket here and paste the details of your new profile into the support ticket.
- Please also include the following details of your main profile that you have now lost access to:
- Username
- Clan
- Player ID (Found on the Options menu)
- Copies of any Purchase Receipts that you may have made on the profile (simply copy and paste the receipt into the support ticket). Please note these need to be from the App Store, and not your bank or PayPal.
Our Support Team will then take these details and help you to recover your lost profile.
