Chat and Profile Bans

If you are banned from chat, you will see a notification when you attempt to type. The pop-up notification will appear to show the length of the ban as shown below:

Chat bans are final and cannot be appealed. If the ban is permanent, this is due to the severity of the messages or repeated rule violations, and unfortunately, you will no longer have access to chat. Rest assured, you can still play and interact with the game as usual.

Note that under certain circumstances, an account can receive a full, permanent profile ban. In these cases, the banned profile will be shown a pop-up notification at the start of the game, as shown below:

This policy applies across the entire game, not just chat. A banned profile will lose access to all gameplay features.

Finally, please note that we do not allow children to play this game. Any detection of this will result in a profile deletion. We take this very seriously to ensure compliance with child safety laws and to protect our community. Players under the required age must not use this game under any circumstances.
