Other options
Message menus can include View Profile, View Clan, an invitation option, Copy Message and Append Message. Available actions depend on the conversation and player.
Use the globe icon to translate a message or the emote icon to add a reaction.
You can enable or disable private messaging through Options under Privacy. For unwanted messages, use the reporting and muting steps below.
Reporting and muting
Report a message or player
- Open the relevant chat or conversation.
- Tap the message or player menu and select Report.
- Choose the categories that match the issue.
- Complete the final confirmation and submit.
You can also report a clan from its three-line menu.
Mute a player

- Select Edit beside Chat Mutes.
- Remove the green tick beside the player you want to unmute.
- Select Update to save.
If you contact Support about an incident, provide the other player’s details and a screenshot where possible. Send these through an official support channel.
