Profile customisation privacy and account deletion – Pure Sniper Help and Support

Customise your profile

Your public profile shows your avatar, name, level, clan details and game progress.

Change your name or avatar

Open Options, then Profile.
Tap your name to enter a new one, or tap the avatar image to choose another picture.
Review any displayed cost and confirm your selection.

Name changes cost Gold and have a five-minute cooldown. Check the confirmation before spending.

You can also open your public profile by tapping your name on the top bar and use its player menu to edit your name or avatar.

View profile details

The profile displays guns owned, upgrades, bosses defeated, campaign progress and equipment for the selected mode. Use the equipment arrows to switch views. Earned Urban Defender awards appear here too.

To change character appearance or skin tone, open Equipment and use the appearance icon beneath the back button.

Account linking and Restore Profile are separate actions in Options under Profile. See the saving guide before making changes there.

Privacy and deletion

Open Options, then Privacy, to review the privacy controls available in Pure Sniper.

Manage consent

Select Edit beside Consent Management. Read the information shown and use Manage Options to adjust your choices.

Control private messages

Use the private messaging toggle to choose whether to send and receive private messages. Accept the confirmation prompt to apply the change.

Request account deletion

Select Delete on the Privacy screen.
Read the explanation and consequences carefully.
Cancel to keep your account, or confirm to submit the deletion request.

You have up to seven days to cancel a deletion request. After that period, cancellation is no longer available. Follow the in-game request information or contact Support promptly if you need help during the cancellation period.

If you have a VIP subscription, manage its renewal separately through the store that bills you.
