Keep your account secure

Create your own Pure Sniper profile, link it to a supported service and keep your account details private.

Protect access

Never share your account, login details or verification codes.
Do not buy, sell, give away or share game accounts. These actions breach the game’s Terms and Conditions.
Avoid offers to play your account, recover it or provide currency in exchange for access or payment outside official stores.
Keep your Player ID private and provide it only through official support or purchase channels when required.

Why sharing is risky

Someone who has accessed your game profile may retain access on their device after you change your Apple or Google password. Changing that password does not guarantee that they have been signed out of Pure Sniper.

Support cannot provide assistance for problems with bought, sold or shared accounts because ownership cannot be reliably established.

Contact the real Support team

In the game, open Options, select Support and use the arrow beside Help Center. You can also submit a request at https://support.puresniper.miniclip.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Information we may need

Support may request your Player ID, device details, an explanation of the issue, screenshots or purchase receipts. Provide these only through an official support channel.

Information Support will never request

Never give anyone your password, one-time verification codes, full card details, banking password or remote access to your device.

Miniclip Support will not ask you to move a conversation to WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, social media messages or another unofficial contact method.

Suspicious messages

Do not follow unexpected login links, install software or provide account access in exchange for rewards, recovery or help with bans.

Report suspicious contact through official Support. If you already shared sensitive details, secure the affected service immediately and contact its official support team.
