Distance and wind
Some missions require you to compensate for distance, wind or both. These effects apply in campaign missions and selected PvP modes.
Distance
Distance is introduced in Zone 2. Check the target distance shown at the bottom of the screen, then use the numbered marks beneath the scope reticle to adjust your aim. Distant shots require compensation for bullet drop.
Wind
Wind is introduced in Zone 3. Check its strength and direction at the bottom of the screen, then use the numbered marks beside the reticle to compensate horizontally.
Distance still applies when wind is introduced, so account for both effects. In later campaign missions, wind can change strength and direction.
PvP modes
Classic has neither effect. Distance applies bullet drop, Windy applies wind, and Wind & Distance applies both. Read the current mode before starting a match.
Slow mo and explosive rounds
Slow-mo and explosive rounds are consumable power-ups that you can activate using their on-screen buttons.
Slow mo
Tap the stopwatch icon to use a slow-mo. Its default position is near the fire button.
Explosive rounds
Tap the missile icon to use an explosive round.
If you have none of the selected power-up remaining, tapping its button opens the Store so you can review purchase options.
These power-ups are also available during Arena and event missions. You can move their buttons through Options under Controls, then Control Layout.
