Getting started with Pure Sniper

Menus and starting missions

The main menu is your starting point in Pure Sniper. From here, you can play missions, prepare your loadout and open the game’s other features.

Starting a mission

1. Tap Play on the main menu.
2. Choose a zone using the arrows beside its name, then select a mission type.
3. Read the objective and reward, then tap Play to open the Weapon screen.
4. Equip a suitable weapon and check any upgrade requirements.
5. Tap Play again to spend the Energy shown and start the mission.
6. If you do not have enough Energy, the game opens the Get Energy screen.

Finding other features

• Guns opens weapon offers. Equipment and Stickers let you prepare the relevant loadout.
• PvP opens competitive matches once you have completed Zone 2.
• The speech bubble opens clan and communication features.
• The cog opens Options. Your name opens your player profile, and the podium opens leaderboards.
• The cart or Store button opens purchases.

Event buttons appear on the right when events are approaching or active. Some features only appear after you progress in the campaign.

The News button appears when news is available. Select Back to Game or X to return after viewing it.

Aiming firing zooming and reloading

Use the on-screen controls to line up and take your shots in Pure Sniper.

Aim

Slide your finger across an empty part of the screen to move your aim. Touching a control activates that control instead.

Zoom

Move the zoom slider upwards to zoom in and downwards to zoom out. Its default position is on the left. You can also enable Pinch To Zoom in Options under Controls.

Fire

Tap the bullet icon to fire. When using a sniper rifle, zoom through the scope before shooting.

If your rifle has the Hawkeye Slo-Mo perk, hold the fire button to hold your breath and improve accuracy. Release it to shoot. Check the Weapon screen to see whether your rifle has this perk.

Reload

Tap the circular arrow icon, normally on the right of the screen.

Pausing and leaving missions

During a mission, tap the three-line button in the top-right corner to open the pause menu.

From the pause menu, you can:

• Select Continue to return to the mission.
• Select Replay to restart where that option is available.
• Select Exit to leave the mission.
• Open Settings using the button in the top-left.
• Open the Store using the button in the top-right.
• Read any confirmation message before leaving or restarting.
